Shipping Methods&Tracking Methods: 
As for the shipping methods, we usually ship your order by EMS or DHL. More information at EMS: www.ems.com.cn and DHL: www.dhl.com.
  After your order is dispatched, we will offer you the tracking number  of EMS or DHL, and then you could track it on  the official website of them.

Delivery Time:
1 US (USCanadaAustralia):  approximately 7-10 working days via EMS; 5-7  working days via DHL.
2 European Countries (BritainFranceGermany):  7-12 working days via EMS; 5-7 working days  via DHL.
3 Other Countries Worldwide: 5-12  working days.
Transportation Expenses:
  We use  the same and fixed transportation expense all over the
  world. It  is $10 per item.
Note: 
  If you can't check it immediately with the tracking number,  please wait with patience. Some time is required when Express Company does  uploading.
Unsuccessful or Wrong Delivery
For those customers who do not receive your parcel within the  above total delivery time, please check with the local post office directly  with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy  that you can print out when login your registered account on our website. 
Returns  & Exchange Policy: 
We  hope that you are contented with your purchases; however, if for any reasons  you want to exchange or return your items, please contact us via e-mail as long  as they are in original condition, unworn and with band intact tags attached.  
Note: 
  1. Please check carefully before you sign for your  package. If you find the parcel broken when delivery, please check whether  items are kept intactly. If not, please refuse delivery. If we confirm the  damage is made during transportation, the express company should take the  responsibility and we will send you a new one of same model for exchange  according to your request.
2. If you are determined to return or exchange the  product(s), in principle, the shipping fees or the transportation expenses back  and forth must be paid by yourself, which means if you want to return your  items, you need to pay the one-way transportation expense, and if you exchange  them, you need to pay the round-trip transportation expenses.
