Russia expects fair, free elections in Kyrgyzstan

MOSCOW, July 9 (Xinhuanet) -- Russia expects the upcoming presidential elections in Kyrgyzstan to be fair, open and free of interference from the outside, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Yakovenko said Saturday.
