A report by the Human Genetics Commission in London said current policies have a disproportionate effect on different age and ethnic groups, with blacks comprising more than three-quarters of the 18-35 age group on the DNA database kept by police, Sky News reported Tuesday.
Britain's DNA database is the largest in the world, with 5 million samples, the British broadcaster reported.
