Mark Warner said Friday a weekend West Virginia retreat will let veteran governors pass on some helpful tips to their new colleagues. Warner and eight other sitting governors will be the faculty for the informal workshop at The Greenbrier Resort. Warner is president of the sponsoring National Governors Association.
