ugg deutschland günstig, May 17 (UPI) -- The commander of a Chechnyan Muslim rebel group has claimed responsibility for the explosion in Grozny that killed Chechen president Akhmad Kadyrov.
The Gazeta news agency reported Monday that rebel commander Shamil Basayev has claimed responsibility for the blast at the Dinamo Stadium that killed Kadyrov on May 9.
The militant leader called on Allah for help in carrying out what he called Operation Hersi-4. He also made a sarcastic reference to Kadyrov's head.
"We want to apologize to President of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria Aslan Maskhadov for not being able to throw the head of Kadyrov at his feet as we promised a month ago
