The Los Angeles City Council this morning unanimously approved the appointment of former U.S. Atty. Debra Wong Yang to the city Board of Police Commissioners.Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa nominated Yang Coach Tasc, who is also a former Superior Court judge ugg boots shop, in August.Yang joins the commission at a time when it is searching for a replacement for outgoing Police Chief William J.
