Ugg shop uk, Sept. 28 (UPI) -- Detroit is trying to get IndyCar racing back to the city and is reportedly eyeing a spot on the circuit's calendar next September.
The Detroit News reported Thursday that

Penske told the newspaper the non-profit downtown Detroit Partnership would be the race promoter.
