BEIJING, Jan. 2 (UPI) -- An official from China's Ministry of Science and Technology says the media misquoted a vice minister on the issue of dual nationality. The official said the media mistakenly reported that a vice minister of science and technology said China is planning to create a dual nationality program to attract foreign scientists ugg boots billig, reported Xinhua www.kaufenstiefelch.com, China's main government-run news agency.
